Time & Materials Work

Canterbury Consulting provides an estimate for a set of deliverables. All work is managed by Canterbury Consulting. Time and materials are usually invoiced monthly.
 
Fixed Price Projects

Canterbury Consulting can provide a fixed price for agreed project deliverables. The customer is protected from project and technical risk, although change requests may require a revised quotation. The fixed price is normally invoiced following delivery and customer acceptance.
 
Development Partnership

Development costs can be amortised into a specified volume of production sales and recovered from final product sales revenue.
